Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing any product or service from Launch Like Her. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.
1. About Launch Like Her
Launch Like Her is a Canadian brand and digital product business owned and operated by Lauren Hunter, offering done-for-you branding services, digital templates, courses, and educational resources for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Our business is registered in New Brunswick, Canada.
2. Digital Products — License & Permitted Use
2.1 What You May Do
Upon purchase of any digital product (including but not limited to The Stellar Feed Kit, Stardust Kits, or any Canva template pack), you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to:
Download and use the templates for your own personal or business brand
Customise the templates with your own branding, colours, fonts, and content
Use the final customised output in your own marketing materials
2.2 What You May NOT Do
The following are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the original or edited templates with any third party
Offering the templates (original or modified) as free downloads or bonuses to your own audience
Claiming ownership of the original template designs
Using the templates to create a competing template product or service
Sharing your purchase login, access link, or downloaded files with anyone who has not purchased
Uploading the templates to any file-sharing platform, marketplace, or website without our written permission
Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of your licence, legal action, and a claim for damages. Launch Like Her actively monitors for unauthorized distribution of our products.
3. Done-For-You Services (The Ignition & Other Services)
When you purchase a done-for-you service from Launch Like Her, the following terms apply:
A 1:1 Brand Audit Call will be scheduled following your purchase. You must complete any required intake forms before the call can be booked.
All deliverables outlined in the service package will be provided within the agreed-upon timeframe. Timelines begin from the date of your completed intake form submission, not the date of purchase.
All custom deliverables (logos, brand guides, templates) created for you remain the intellectual property of Launch Like Her until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to you for personal and business use.
You may not resell, license, or transfer the custom deliverables to a third party without written permission.
Revisions are limited to the number specified in your service package. Additional revision rounds may be purchased at our current rates.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on launchlikeher.ca and shop.launchlikeher.ca, including but not limited to logos, brand assets, written copy, course content, social media graphics, photography, illustrations, and product designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of Launch Like Her and is protected under Canadian and international copyright law.
You may not screenshot, copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content from our website, social media, emails, or digital products without our express written permission. This includes but is not limited to:
Screenshotting sales page copy and reusing it in your own marketing
Copying email sequences, course content, or written frameworks for redistribution
Using our brand assets, submarks, or logos in any context without permission
If you wish to reference or share our content, please credit Launch Like Her and link to the original source.
5. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Launch Like Her reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Your purchase price is locked in at the time of transaction.
Payments are processed securely through our checkout platforms (Systeme.io & Squarespace) and payment processor. We do not store your payment card details.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any digital product purchases once the product has been accessed or downloaded. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us at info@launchlikeher.ca within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.
6.2 Done-For-You Services
Deposits paid for done-for-you services are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a service after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for any work completed up to the date of cancellation. We reserve the right to terminate a service engagement if a client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days, in which case no refund will be issued for work already completed.
6.3 Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously and will dispute any chargeback filed against a completed and delivered order. By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us at info@launchlikeher.ca to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a fraudulent chargeback on a legitimately delivered product constitutes fraud and may be reported accordingly.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Launch Like Her provides all products and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to deliver high-quality, professional work, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue results, follower growth, or client acquisition as a result of using our products or services. Results will vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Launch Like Her shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Brunswick, Canada.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or products following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
